The Capital Gazette - County Executive Steuart Pittman endorses Jared Littmann in 2025 Annapolis mayoral race

Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman has endorsed Jared Littmann for mayor of Annapolis.

“I have watched Jared as an Alderman, Jared as a businessman, Jared as a father and husband, Jared as a member of the Annapolis and Anne Arundel Resilience Authority, and Jared as a candidate for mayor. In all of them, he listens, he hears, and he acts,” Pittman said in a news release from Littmann’s campaign Aug. 29. “I can’t imagine a stronger resume or a more balanced and grounded attitude for executive leadership than what Jared offers. Annapolis residents would be well served by Jared as Mayor.“

In the 2021 mayoral election, Pittman endorsed Mayor Gavin Buckley’s successful re-election bid.
