"Is there a place for Black people in Annapolis?” That was the opening question at this week’s NAACP & Housing Authority forum—and I welcomed it. We can’t solve the problems we don’t confront directly. I’m grateful for the chance to listen, learn, and share my plans for tackling housing, equity, and representation in our city.
