Black Business Brunch at Rumhouse

I had the opportunity to host a Black Business Brunch at Rumhouse. As a business owner myself, I'm no stranger to the challenges of serving the community while navigating permitting issues, supplier problems, and city ordinances that often constrain small businesses. However, it was educational to hear more about how specific policy issues impact the community of Black business owners. Thank you to everyone who joined us and allowed me to share how I will be a voice and an advocate to help remove systemic barriers for Black entrepreneurship.
